  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

With its luxurious restoration and historical charm, it offers a unique backdrop for any event.

  • What are the rates for studio rental?

    Our rates are $250 for 3 hours, $450 for 5 hours, and $100 for each additional hour. A $100 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit are required. Please inquire about equipment rental such as tables, chairs, tablecloths and personalized decor for private events.

    We offer workforce development training. Our scope of services allows us to offer support to local entrepreneurs through brand management, digital marketing support and the opportunity to rent our studio rentals for private use and content creation.
